Chef E.W.

"Betcha by golly, you'll luv it!"

New Orleaneans have enjoyed E.W.'s Creole Food Recipes for more than fifty years.  Now, his authentic Creole sauces, marinates, salad dressing are available for home cooking.

E.W.'s Creole All Purpose Sauce is a wonderful blend of Creole spices and herbs incorporated into a tangy but sweet sauce.  Not just a cocktail sauce, it can be used for cooking pot roast, meat loaf, pork, and seafood and can be used in many other recipes.  It can also be used as a bar-b-cue sauce for meats such as chicken, ribs, hamburgers and steak.  Delicious as a marinade, salsa, condiment, garnish and a topping.
