Genell Rose, Inc.
"Authentic New Orleans Creole Foods"
The Company: Genell Rose, Inc. is a Disabled Black Woman owned business, which creates authentic quality New Orleans Creole Food Products that are delicious and different. Beta testing throughout New England and New York attests to this. However, the motivating factor which has catapulted Genell Rose to this turning point is the fact that New Orleaneans have enjoyed E.W.'s Creole Gourmet Food Recipes and Sauces for more than fifty years and have, for a very long time, wanted to see it commercially produced for their convenience. Now, residents of New England, New York, and New Jersey areas have expressed this desire and we, at Genell Rose are endeavoring to fulfill it.

E.W. was a native New Orleanean born in St. James' Parish eighty-three years ago. E.W. worked at the prestigious grand old hotel, the Jung Hotel, back in the 1940's as the head chef. He was an inspiration to his entire family and giving an example that everyone could achieve success regardless of race, creed, color, or nationality. Later, he also went on to work at notable New Orleans bakeries.
While maintaining a full time job, E.W. doubled as a chef part time in his own business catering to weddings, Carnival Balls, anniversaries, etc. as he fine tuned his Creole Recipes and Sauces. His wedding cakes have been featured in notable publications such as Jet magazine.
E.W., now, has the opportunity to share his authentic New Orleans style Creole recipes with the world. He loved to cook and nothing made him happier than people truly enjoying his Creole Cuisine. His Creole All Purpose Sauces are available in the Stop and Shop Food Chain, some selected Price Chopper Food Stores, Mohegan Sun Casino and specialty gourmet shops in the New England Region, as well as being served in the Boston, MA school system .
